| Affinia Development recently began construction on The Shoppes at Raccoon Creek in Johnstown, Ohio. The project is co-owned by LG Properties and Plaza Properties. The Shoppes at Raccoon Creek consists of the site development and construction of a 22,025 square foot strip center, along with the site development of two out-parcels. The strip center is a masonry structure and the tenant bays will be customized for individual tenant's needs. The project also requires the widening of State Route 62, the installation of a turning lane and a traffic light. The tentative completion of the project is slated for mid-2008. |
